The platform pages now link the official PS5 and Xbox product listings alongside the publisher article: PS5 on 9 April 2026 and Xbox Series X|S on 1 December 2025. Official listing agreement is not the same as an independent performance test.

If the name on your capsule is Gang, Car, or City Crime Simulator, you bought a different Steam app. The which-game page is the map for those titles.

Questions

Is Crime Simulator free?

No. The US Steam search showed $14.99 on 30 Oct 2026. The Roblox experience with a similar name is free and is a different game.

Is it co-op?

Yes. The store text says solo or 4-player online co-op. Split-screen is not listed.

Is there crossplay?

Raintek explicitly rules out PC-console crossplay, corroborated by IsCrossplay. PS5-Xbox and no shared progress remain IsCrossplay-only claims. Source check: 30 Oct 2026; see the matrix for these different evidence levels.

Is it the Roblox game?

No. Criminal Simulator on Roblox is a free alpha by Pigged Out Studios. CookieDev's paid game is a separate product; use the Roblox section for that experience.

Is it on Android?

Not this game. The Play Store app is a police game by FOURKEY GAMES.

Is it Thief Simulator?

The store page says it is not a stealth simulation like Thief Simulator.

Are there promo codes?

No promo list was in the store text or the news posts I read. In-world keypad numbers change every run.
