Is Crime Simulator good?

The store text itself argues the game is a fast roguelite about debt, not a stealth simulation like Thief Simulator. That is the studio's answer to 'is it like the last one.' Whether that is a compliment depends on which of those you wanted. I am not adding a personal star score on top.
Deck Playable and a nine-report ProtonDB platinum are compatibility notes, not quality scores. A Crime Net Gazette review exists as a link from their money article. I did not open that review, so I am not quoting its opinion.

On 30 Oct 2026 the listing's recommendation total was 6,504. The store page showed Very Positive on 227 recent reviews and Very Positive on 2,298 English reviews. Those regional and time-filtered groups do not establish an all-language, all-purchase-source percentage.
What about Metacritic?
Metascore was not generated. The page had one critic review, short of the four it asks for, and a user score of 6.7/10 from nine ratings, checked 30 Oct 2026. This is Metacritic alone, not a second independent quality measurement.
