Skills and skill leaflets
A skill opens when you spend a point and turn in the matching leaflet. Higher ranks ask for the lower rank first. Leaflets are not a fixed map pin.

The unlock rule
Raintek's Steam guide and Naguide agree: one skill point from leveling, plus the leaflet. The truck computer is where you read and spend them. The store page says you will find over 15 skills. Counting families in the two tables lands near that phrase. I will not rewrite it as exactly 15.
Names that do not match. Official guide first, community table in parentheses.
| Family | What the notes say |
|---|---|
| Lockpicking 1–3 | Basic, advanced, master. Master is described as making every lock easier. |
| Electronics 1–2 | Basic and advanced. Tied to panels and alarms. |
| Agility 1–3 | Three ranks. Rank-three details sit in Raintek's guide. |
| Perception 1–3 | Three ranks for spotting. |
| Stacking 1–3 | Stack caps cited as 2, 3, then 4. |
| Stealth 1–2 | Two ranks. |
| Strongman / community: Bruiser 1–2 | Guide and community labels differ. A rename or exact equivalence is not established. |
| Backpacker (Tourist) | Described as one extra slot. |
| Weed Keeper / community: Cannabis Cultivation | Names differ across sources; a rename or exact equivalence is not established. |
| Reader | Keeps the leaflet and is tied to extra experience. |
| Car Theft, Interrogator, Jeweler | Interrogator questions a tied person about safe and panel codes. |

What I left out
The reviewed sources do not provide a complete table of fixed leaflet spawn points. Community notes mention blue radar marks as a search aid. That is a hint, not a coordinate list or a guaranteed drop location.
Questions
Where are the leaflets?
Raintek and the community thread describe houses, safes, containers, special crates, and a truck-shop box. Both call the drop random. There is no complete spawn table to copy.
How do I unlock zip ties?
The store page lists zip ties as gear, next to drones and scanners. Yoshitomi times a tie at about one hour on a guard and two hours on a resident after a stun. That is a tool note, not a skill row.
