Truck computer and security panels
The sources reviewed do not identify an item officially named Terminal. You may mean the truck computer or a security keypad. This page explains those documented systems without claiming the search term definitely names either one.
The truck computer
Raintek tells you to manage skills there. Naguide sends you there for leaflet boxes and, after a clear, for the voucher machine. The smoke-alarm thread says the same computer can warn you before you gas a house. Yoshitomi's route notes, cited on the beginner page, also use it to choose the night's area. It is a menu hub, not a loot prop.
Keypads on the job
The station write-up is the concrete case. Guard house 2 holds the camera password notebook. Building B has a window-alarm keypad and a written slip. Building A's south room has a laser keypad and no slip. Electronics ranks are the skill gate. Interrogator is the other way to learn a panel code, from a person you have already tied.
A video title alone cannot establish which system terminal means. Use the truck-computer description for skill and shop menus, and the security-panel description for camera, alarm, or laser controls. There is no sourced Terminal item price or stat table here.
Questions
What can the truck computer do?
Guides use it to read skills, buy leaflet crates, buy the voucher machine, pick a map, and check whether a house has a smoke alarm.
What skill opens a wall panel?
Raintek's notes tie basic and advanced electronics to hacking those panels. The Texas station article places camera and window-alarm keypads in specific rooms.
