Rural Arizona, not Rural Street
Rural Arizona is the additional map announced in PC update 1.2 on 7 October 2025 UTC. It is not the opening Rural Street neighborhood. The publisher later listed Arizona and drivable vehicles among the PS5 launch contents.

What the announcement establishes
The official PC 1.2 post introduces Rural Arizona and drivable vehicles. The later PS5 publisher article also describes the launch package as including Arizona and cars, but both are first-party communications, not two independent map surveys. The date above is the Steam post timestamp in UTC, checked 30 Oct 2026.
What this page does not locate
The reviewed sources do not provide a reliable house-address list, interior plan, leaflet coordinates, or a complete route for Arizona. The images on this page are general base-game Steam gallery illustrations, not identified Arizona map evidence. Gortahk's independent player guide also separates Rural Street from Rural Arizona and mentions Arizona address 301. That one address reference is not a complete house inventory. No marker positions have been estimated.
For the documented station route, use the Texas Train Station page linked below. For beginner open-window and quota advice, use the beginner guide, with its original source limits. Region names alone do not establish that locks, patrols, or house layouts match.
Questions
Are the starter-area open-window tips for Arizona?
Not on the evidence available here. Yoshitomi's beginner advice concerns Rural Street. It is not a door-by-door guide to the later Rural Arizona map.
Did PC have version 1.21?
Yes. The official PC archive includes a 1.21 Hotfix on 7 October 2025 UTC, following 1.2. The publisher also names 1.21 for PS5. That does not prove every PC and console feature shipped in sync.
